The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sporting experiences, exclusive access events and custom items organized by VaynerSports Holdings, LLC (“VS”) available to those purchasers of a VS point of purchase item (each item from the “merch”, and the purchaser thereof “Rewards items”), and members of the VS Rewards Program. By purchasing an item, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these Terms, and agree that any attendance at any future experience is conditioned upon your agreement and adherence to these Terms, any future terms and conditions applicable to the VSP Rewards Program and any instructions given to you by VS with respect to any sporting experience, custom item or exclusive access event. All terms and conditions relating to the VS Rewards Program are applicable to the individual who purchased the items directly from VS.
1. Introduction
The Terms govern the use of the VS Rewards Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign off on their behalf. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of VSP and its associated partners are excluded from participating.
3. Earning VSpoints
Participants earn VSpoints through different point of purchase methods and other activities that act as a rebate determined by the VS team’s sole discretion.
4. Expiry of VSpoints
All earned VSpoints will expire on April 22, 2025. VS will make reasonable efforts to notify participants two months before the expiration of any VSpoints.
5. Use of VSpoints
Participants can use their VSpoints for various purposes:
- a) Auctions: Use VSpoints to bid on auctions for various sporting experiences, exclusive access events, and custom items. The highest bidder at the end of an auction redeems the event/experience.
- b) Sweepstakes: Enter sweepstakes for prizes such as sporting experiences, custom items/products, and exclusive access events. All VSpoints entered into a sweepstakes will be burned, and winners are drawn using approved software.
- c) Redeemables in the Rewards Shop: Redeem VSpoints for custom items, products, or experiences in the rewards shop. Required VSpoints for each item are specified.
- d) Exclusive Access: Redeem VSpoints for exclusive access experiences, with details and required points specified by VS.
6. Non-transferability
VSpoints are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold. Accounts found to be selling, transferring, or purchasing VSpoints will be terminated, and any associated VSpoints will be forfeited.
7. Modification or Termination of the Program
VS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes to the Terms.
8. Liability Limitations
VS and its affiliates will not be responsible for:
- Any unauthorized access to user accounts.
- Any technical issues that may prevent users from earning or redeeming VSpoints.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of any events/experiences.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of VS’s choosing.
10. Privacy Policy
User's personal information will be handled as per SRDP's privacy policy, which users should review separately.
